John J. Phillips, Jr. is a Miami native having grown up in the North Miami area and graduating from North Miami Senior High. He completed his undergraduate work at Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Nova Southeastern University.
